Since 2015, I’ve been deeply tested. An 11-year fertility journey. Multiple rounds of IVF. Hormones. Setbacks. And, eventually, the joy of becoming a mum — first to Isla, then to Josh. Today, I’m a mother of two young, beautiful children, and I feel immense gratitude for that.

But alongside that joy came a reality I wasn’t prepared for. After Isla, I struggled to lose the weight. Years of hormones had taken their toll. Returning to work in big tech in a high-stress environment, I found myself battling low confidence, imposter syndrome and eventually burnout. Trying to be fully present as a mum, supportive as a partner, and high-performing in my career felt overwhelming at times.

Like many people, I tried to “fix” it. I turned to supplements - green powders, gut health blends, electrolytes, collagen and more. But I quickly realised two things: it was expensive, and too often the product didn’t live up to the promise. So I asked a simple question: why can’t this be done better?

That question became Heyloh.
